Emmalee is always always so friendly, thoughtful and makes me feel so welcome and like a good friend :) She is so professional and amazing at her job as a beauty therapist! Best eyelash/eyebrow tint & wax I have ever had! Also had my first eyelash lift from her today & I she made me feel so calm and trust in her :) Love coming into the salon for my treatments with Emmalee!!

I have been going to the Beauty by the Bay for a year now to get my blonde hair coloured. My hair is the best it has been in the odd 10 years I have coloured my hair. Products they use are working magic and the service is always amazing, I mean always! Every single customer is taken care of and the care that goes into this salon is noticeable! Jamie and her team is doing a really, really good job.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair cut here this afternoon. David truly exceeded my expectations with his skill and expertise. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the result was a flawless haircut that not only looks fantastic but also feels incredibly manageable. The ambiance of the salon was relaxing, and the level of service was outstanding from start to finish. I left feeling like a new person and can't recommend David enough. I'll definitely be returning for my next haircut! Thanks for the great chat too!

Hayley is the most beautiful woman & her nurturing facials are absolutely amazing. 💫 Her massage technique is delightful & I always feel uplifted & so relaxed when I leave.
