Perla is a whole vibe, no pun intended! She went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I so appreciate the time she took to achieve the color I was hoping for without out destroying the integrity of my hair. I wanted a white streak as a little nod to my natural color. Perla did an amazing job! She knew I am new to highlights so just did a tiny strand and I am so happy with it! Also, since I’ve been coming to her for cuts and colors, she has completely transformed my hair! Before her, it was dry and tangled and unruly and now it’s shiny, healthy, and strong!
