The best nail experience I've ever had. Victoria did an incredible job of my pedicure and manicure. Educated me along the way and organised me another appointment when another salon cancelled on me last minute. Cannot recommend enough.

I emailed Art of Nails Commercial Bay to make a group booking for pedicures during what I'm sure is a busy time. They responded fast and we're happy to accommodate. Our time in the salon was amazing. We were all looked after very well, the team were kind and professional. Would book here again in a heartbeat

Had such a great experience here - my nails look amazing. I came in with the worst broken nails from a previous salon & they were so thoughtful & helpful in providing me with a beautiful set. I really appreciated the attention to detail and all the nail prep & cuticle work that was done. I live in Australia & I am in Auckland for a few days - but if I lived here I would 100% be a regular customer!

This is the best nail salon in Auckland. The quality is impeccable. My nails look fresh, other than from the natural nail growth, for over a month. My natural nails have never been stronger or longer. Worth every penny.

I had a disappointing first visit as my ombré French nails didn’t turn out as expected. However, the salon went above and beyond to make things right and offered to rectify them. This time around, my nails are absolutely perfect — exactly what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier! I really appreciate the effort they put into ensuring I left satisfied. Thank you for turning my experience around — I love my nails now! 💅✨ Will definitely be rebooking with Naomi again and this for sure will be my go to nail salon 😊😊

Had a pedicure done by Victoria - great service, loved the result, will definitely come back to her. Convenient location, very clean salon, a nice interior and very friendly staff. Heard lots of good reviews about the Nail Story and now I know what they are based on. Certainly recommend!

I had a spectacular experience at Nail Time! I went with builder gel and chose chrome nails and I absolutely adore them. The salon is beautiful, and the whole vibe was so relaxing. Naomi was amazing so attentive and skilled. I felt really looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

I have tried so many nail salons before but I've never had great experiences with a lot of them. I think I found my go to place. Ivy did such a good job with my nails. I got the classic gel manicure and my nails looks so good and the hand massage relaxing. The staff were all friendly and the place was clean. I will be back for sure!

Welcoming and caring. Putting a bandaid on my cut finger without any prompting. Offering a phone holder for my use, without prompting. Very thorough gel nail service. Will be requesting Olga again. Marvelous service and skill.

I love my nails and love how they serve you complimentary drinks! The salon is really clean and modern. I love how they are big on hygiene as well. The only thing I would suggest is getting a nail dust collector.

I had a really bad SNS dipping on Thursday at a different salon and was in the city for a work function at the weekend. The lady called me back and managed to fit me in to remove the SNS and re do. Beautiful nails and I was so thankful. Definitely recommend

Just had the best experience at NailTime! I tried builder gel for the first time with Naomi, and she completely transformed my nails. I walked in with broken, chipped nails and walked out with beautiful, healthy-looking ones. The salon itself is stunning, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend—stop searching, you’ve found your new go-to nail spot!
