I always have the most relaxed time during my appointments with Ruby. The atmosphere is always spot on, you're made to feel comfortable the moment you step foot in her door & I never leave disappointed with the service I receive all round. I found the experience incredibly soothing while Ruby was gently removing the BIAB gel from my nails. Her technique was meticulous, making me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
