I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! I came to her after bad high-street experiences, specifically looking for an IBX treatment. She is a true expert who applies actual science to nail care. She didn't push gels on me; instead, she did a proper assessment and was incredibly gentle with my sensitive cuticles. Heather is professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to talk to. My nails have never felt in better hands!

I had such an amazing experience at USA Nail & Beauty Studio! I got BIAB done and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. The attention to detail was incredible. The staff were so friendly and professional, and they made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole appointment. You can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. I’ve had my nails done at many places before, but this was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Anna made me feel so welcome and helped me pick the design for my nails, not rushing my when I didn’t know what I wanted. She took so much care and attention to detail in my nail prep and I think these are my favourite nails yet! I cannot wait to come back to Anna Rae Beauty for my next set!

Claire, you are amazing, I love getting my facial and one of the things I love most is you will be honest if you feel a treatment would not benefit you, such a warm and caring person Benni, you are the first technician that managed to stop my nails breaking, just what I asked for and I can honestly say my nails have never looked better, oh and you are great at my pedicure, my feet feel like sponges when you are finished, add in the free massage chair while this procedure is going on, heaven just visits me All of the technicians have a superb customer care focus. Been going to see Anna for a few months now. My nails are always fabulous, and we have a great chat. She is great with nail art, always happy with my designs.

Great experience today - got a great set of BIAB nails which are perfect, and also got my eyebrows done which are great too. Will be back soon.

I’ve been going to Heather since September last year and honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. She’s not only an incredibly talented nail tech who always brings my nail ideas to life perfectly, but she’s also such a lovely person to chat to. Every appointment feels comfortable and relaxed. I really love that it’s just her in her room because it creates such a calm, welcoming atmosphere where you can properly switch off and speak freely. Absolutely amazing person and amazing at what she does — I genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough!
