Happy with nails which were completed by Lilly but I had to wait approx 35 minutes. I booked an appointment on Fresha with Xavi however upon arrival was advised he wasn't working & i’d be taken care of asap (not a big deal this time as I wasn’t tight on time but that may not always be the case). I’m not sure why the app allows appointments to be booked for a specific staff member for a specific time when these arrangements cannot be honoured/are not possible. In hindsight, I don’t think the bookings made via Fresha are being monitored at all so will not be using it going forward.

Very happy with my hair and nails appointment at Gs. Excellent staff, friendly and professional and great value for money. I've already booked my next appointment.

It was my first time going to Katie and also my first time getting BIAB, and she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable right away, explained everything as she went, and took her time to make sure my nails came out perfect. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I’m obsessed with the result and my nails have never looked this good! I’ll definitely be coming back xx

Lovely new salon, on suir Rd, I've been twice and had a great experience, Michael cut my hair excellent, and girl gave excellent hair wash ,also had waxing and nails done ,will be back again
