Had a great sports massage with Thomas at TMS Sports Therapy. He took the time to go through a detailed sports and injury history, which made the session feel really personalised. As I’m in a marathon training block, he focused on my lower body and explained what he was working on and why. Very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. Left feeling much looser and better prepared for training. Highly recommend.

Tom is professional, extremely knowledgeable and skilled at his work. He is also very upbeat and comical and I can honestly say It’s the first time I have laughed all the way through a sports massage! I am so impressed at his ability to magic the knots away that I have already re-booked for a deep tissue massage prior to my next Triathlon.
