One of the best spas on the North Coast. I treated my mum to a massage for her birthday, and from the moment we arrived we felt truly looked after. The therapists worked wonders on our stiff shoulders and genuinely went the extra mile — we were treated as if we were hotel guests. Relaxing by the fire with a cappuccino and complimentary cake was such a lovely touch. They really made a fuss of us and made us feel so welcome and special. We will definitely be back!

Salon is beautiful. Very tastefully refurbished. My massage was amazing. My only criticism is that it was very noisy. I think conversations with clients should be kept quiet and low key as many folk want to escape from the daily business of life to the tranquility of their salon for a relaxing experience. This is not meant as a criticism, just an observation, as my massage was still incredible. Well done. 💕👏

MicroNeedling Treatment From start to finish everything felt professional and calming. Lisa explained each step clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and really paid attention to my skin’s needs. The space was clean, relaxing and had such a welcoming vibe. I had a wonderful spa experience at Sala. Despite the gloomy, wet weather, Dineo made the experience comfortable and cozy. The massage was relaxing, and the facial left my skin refreshed and glowing. Will definitely make Sala a regular stop during my visits to Ballito.

This is the second massage I have had with Lisa, both different, but so amazing. I was so relaxed afterwards, and could feel my my back release the stress I carry - the oils used where brilliant. Lisa was truly attentive to all I requested.

I would like to think I am quite versed and experienced with having massages over the years! Well let me tell you Lisa’s hands are magic and I enjoyed every minute of my therapeutic massage with doterra oils! I will most definitely be back!
