Today I experienced one of Lucinda’s massages for the first time — a Lymphatic Drainage Massage — and it was unlike anything I expected. Sometimes what makes a treatment extraordinary isn’t only the technique, but because we realise how rarely we allow ourselves to feel completely unhurried and looked after. Lucinda creates exactly that experience. Her massage felt less like being worked on and more like being soothed. Less like being fixed and more like being cared for. I left feeling lighter, calmer and as though my whole system had finally slowed into rest. A truly beautiful experience.

On my return, I enjoyed brow lamination, hybrid lashes, a gel fill redo (kindly not charged), plus a foot massage and scrub. The results were impeccable—my nails are the best quality I’ve ever had, and my lashes and brows are beautifully done. Five stars for the care, professionalism, and elevated standard of service.
