Started 20 mins late. Julie’s facial was great and she apologized-I don’t think front desk notified her of power restoration in a timely manner. Massage was fine, but I self-directed from place to place. Julie roomed me and I waited for massage therapist. Was anything terrible-no. But to spend $500+ on treatments I had a different expectation around service and experience.

The Grand Beauty Spa honestly made our time the most amazing ever! They were so detailed and attentive, making sure our party (which was a big one) had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing day. From organizing the schedules to providing amazing therapists and hair specialists, this place is short of nothing! The amenities are well kept, and they make sure that any inconvenience is taken care of in a timely manner. They took care of all 10 of us and did so amazingly. Cam is outstanding! She is extremely skilled at her craft- color, cut, etc. She is extremely knowledgeable and has had many years of experience working with clients from the west to the east coast. It took me about 2 years to find someone in the Tampa/St. Pete area after moving here from Chicago and she is by far the best I’ve ever gone to. Finding her has been a real game changer and I’m so thrilled that I found her!

It was my first time at the beautiful Grand Beauty Spa. I had a scheduled appointment with Maria, who I had the good fortune of meeting in Jacksonville, Florida, when she did my hair. I was so impressed that I make it a point to travel to Tampa, Florida, just so that Maria can do my hair. We booked a package deal for a massage and head spa treatment, and lounge access. It was ao relaxing, and my hair feels fantastic. The lounge has a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and shower, and a nice outdoor sitting area. All around a great experience. Highly recommend!
