Nancy sets a professional and calming presence that sets them apart instantly. The massage itself was exceptional. Jess intuitively knew exactly where to focus, applied pressure perfectly, and blended therapeutic techniques with deep relaxation. I left feeling lighter, restored, and genuinely relieved of tension I’d been carrying.
