Was my first time at the spa and was a wonderful experience. The spa was very clean, tranquil and just entering I already felt very relaxed. Michelle was very welcoming and her sweet and pleasant personality only added to an already peaceful atmosphere. She has a tremendos amount of experience and her excellent massage just washed any stress away. I truly recommend her and i will definitely come back any time I visit Miami Beach.

The massage that was long overdue for me! Spa 101, located within the Hilton Bentley Miami Beach transports you to a whole different place as soon as you walk in. My massage therapist was Lyschel and she was amazing. Just the right amount of pressure applied throughout the massage and I literally felt all of the tension and stress disappear. Fair warning, you will feel so relaxed within the first ten minutes that you will find yourself drifting off to sleep lol. And the complimentary glass of champagne at the end was an excellent finish to the session! I will return again on my next vacation!!

My therapist was professional, attentive, and really listened to where I was feeling discomfort. She worked through all my tight areas with just the right amount of pressure and explained everything she was doing along the way. I left feeling lighter, more mobile, and totally relaxed. If you're holding tension or just need real muscle work, this is the place to go. 10/10 recommend!
