First time ever getting a hot stone massage. Hands down, this is my favorite type of massage. My body so needed this badly as I had knots in my neck & shoulders and I've had cramping in my lower legs & feet. Shae worked her magic with her healing hands. I recently visited for my Lipo 360 lymphatic drainage massage, and it was such a great experience! The massage wasn’t too painful, yet it was still very effective in helping a good amount of liquid drain from my ports. The owner is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional, which made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for. I also appreciated how she kept the conversation light and easy-going. After my session, I already felt relief and noticed a difference in how my body felt. I’m truly looking forward to returning for more treatments and seeing my results continue to improve

My second post operative lymphatic massage was experienced with Shae. This was following tummy tuck and breast lift surgery. The pressure was adjusted to suit. This massage helps immensely with the post op swelling. The atmosphere is so peaceful and clean. Shae listened to concerns and offered knowledgable advice. I would highly recommend her for any needed massage. I already have my 3rd & 4th massages scheduled.

I have had a lot of massages due to shoulder surgeries. I think her name is Shay. I've only had 2 appointments, but she knows her anatomy and knows what she's doing. You don't even have to tell her where the muscle knots are. She will find them and remove them. She is the best massage therapist I have ever been to !!!

Dominic is a great addition to Simpley Essential. He will find the knots and work them out. He responds well to requests for more or less pressure. Lastly, he is easy to chat with if you are a nervous massage talker (like me). Thanks Dominic! I can turn my head again because of your work on my neck and shoulders! :)

Shae was nothing but awesome. I have been to high $ spas to get massages and she is a million times better. I will definitely be going back. She knows exactly what she’s doing and she’ll ask you questions to ensure that you are comfortable and you get the massage that you need.
