I can not recommend the lymphatic massage more to those recovering from surgery or some form of injury. It has escalated my healing process where I have gotten off pain medications weeks before expected.

I was told by a previous massage therapist that the knot on the bottom of my heel would need surgery to relieve. After my visit to J’nay I told her about my heel and she immediately went to work on it and it was worlds better. Next appt she did a different technique on that same spot and I don’t even feel anything anymore. I am appreciative and ever in her debt for healing my left heel. The body will adapt to the lifestyles we live & some times it takes a special woman and massage therapist to heal places you may or may not had known needed some work. J’nay is an incredible massage therapist

Best massage and my first. J’Nai makes you feel so comfortable that she was my therapist for one hour! It is truly a gem in Detroit! Up the street from my house so I will be going back. She let me and my brother do a walk in at the last minute. We love the vibes, her, the smells, the environment and all. I’m just so satisfied with it all!!! Just go, trust me! She made us feel so welcomed!!!!
