I’ve been seeing her on and off for over a year now, and the consistency in her work stands out. I had an amazing experience at the salon! I did the Moroccan bath with Simo, and it was absolutely perfect, she was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My skin felt incredibly soft and refreshed afterwards. I also had a massage with Rowena, and she was simply amazing. She really knows what she’s doing the pressure was just right, and I felt so relaxed and relieved after the session. Thank you both, Simo and Rowena, for your excellent service. It was my first time here, and I came in to find the right treatment for my hair type. Sara, the specialist, checked my scalp and recommended the perfect treatment. Jamilah took care of the scrub and treatment — she was so sweet and made sure I felt super relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Then Jane did my blow-dry, and she did such an amazing job! My experience would have been great if only they had a private area for hair examination and consultation, I felt that it was unprofessional discussing my situation in the waiting area in front of other customers. They need more coordination.
