Always a great experience. I usually go for a hard pressure massage, but today wanted to just relax and it was incredible! Staff are also such lovely people. Highly recommend Bamboo Spa Porirua.

I’ve been several times now, and every staff member has been exceptional, consistently attentive, always checking that the pressure is right, and creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. Bamboo Spa Porirua is my go-to sanctuary for deep relaxation. I had a one-hour massage with cupping, and Let and her team were absolutely phenomenal—skilled, warm, and consistently exceptional. Every visit feels like a reset for body and soul. Highly recommend!

It was my first time to have a massage in the Porirua Branch. They have free parking which is a plus. This branch is smaller than the Lower Hutt Branch, but it had the same ambiance, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I was satisfied with my massage. Will book another session again in the future.

My first time at Bamboo Spa Porirua and the experience was UNREAL. From everything to dimmed lights, perfect temperature, comfortable bed … to the tasty ginger tea on the cosy couch. I get nervous trying new Spa’s but I felt so safe and welcomed here. I will definitely be coming back. My therapists was Olive. 5 stars for Olive!!! 💫

Amazing as always. Muscles are a lot less tense. Highly recommend Bamboo Spa for anyone needing relief from tight muscles. Or if you want a nice relaxing massage. Ginger tea after massage is delicious. Olive is simply the best!!!

I had a neck, back & shoulder massage with Marchie and she looked after me so well. I would highly recommend her. I didnt have to explain the tension on one side of my neck in particular. She just knew, and focused more attention there to ease the tension. I felt like I was cared for and in good hands - I left feeling so relaxed! I will be going back.

I feel much better now after Julie gave me a massage. For several days, I couldn’t work because of my cough, and it really made me feel weak and uncomfortable. In the Philippines, we have a common belief that sometimes cough and body aches are caused by trapped coldness in the body. Julie’s massage helped me release that , and after the session I felt lighter, more relaxed, and my cough started to ease. It was such a relief because I had been struggling for days without knowing what would help. I am grateful for Julie’s care, and I truly believe the massage made a big difference.
