I just had my second session for lymph reflexology, it was very relaxed atmosphere, sensory experience. It is really helping my my lipoedema, helping reduce the inflammation, swelling and discomfort in my legs. I am really noticing the benefits. I thought Alexandra was very professional, welcoming and friendly. The environment was relaxing, a sensory experience and warm. The treatment i did was Lymph Drainage Reflexology and even after the first session my legs felt lighter and comfortable. I am looking forward to seeing the upcoming results.

I had the pleasure of having a reflexology treatment with Alexandra and I will have to say it was amazing. I would highly recommend it.
