Incredible sports massage from David. I went in with tight muscles everywhere and have come out feeling amazing and so relaxed. I would highly recommend Synergy Sport and Remedial massage. David is so knowledgeable and skilled.

5 stars well earned. As a massage therapist myself I cannot fault or offer any constructive feedback to Zoe. Her massage was quite simply the best. Thank you so much! A few highlights were the pressure, the fluidity, the hot stones, effort and thought into room ambiance and relaxation. She stayed working on tight/sore areas, not just following a set routine. What I experienced was bespoke and high quality. If you are wondering if you should book with Zoe, the answer is definitely a yes you should!! I'm booking again straight away. Thanks again, I feel wonderful.

I had a one hour back and neck massage with Zoe and it was amazing! We had a quick chat before the massage to discuss the reason I came and the areas I wanted her to focus on. She also explained her approach and how the massage would go. I felt so relaxed and her space is so warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend! Thank you Zoe :)

David is warm and welcoming and listens to what the issue is. He is clearly very experienced and provided a view of what was happening with my knee/thigh pain problem. His treatment is thorough and the accupuncture works really well with the deep tissue massage. I would recommend.
