Adele is so accommodating. I wanted a baby bump facial instead of a pregnancy massage as I get ticklish with massages and she literally went to get things for me so I could get myself pampered. I’ve been twice now and it’s so relaxing it’s really what I need for a calm down. You should really give it a go if you’re having a baby bump go treat yourself. You won’t regret it!

Another amazing ASMR massage. I can't recommend Adele enough. Not only is she the best at massages she's also a lovely human. I'm always nervous when I first go some where but Adele made me feel really relaxed and comfortable right from the start. Amazing.

I would highly recommend Adele, especially for her mum-to-be massage which I’ve just had. She set expectations beforehand and gave the perfect amount of conversation to help me feel comfortable and at ease, followed by peaceful quiet to fully relax. My body feels calm and de-stressed and I could have stayed there forever. She seemed to know exactly where my tension was and focused on those areas beautifully. The longer treatment time made such a difference, leaving me completely satisfied and at peace at 33 weeks pregnant.

Had a blissful massage & reiki treatment with lovely Micheala. She made me feel totally at ease and is so warm and friendly. What an amazing experience. I had an ASMR massage and this was so gentle and relaxing. Annie puts you at ease straight away. Asks what music you would prefer and the room is so cosy. I suffer with anxiety and after my massage, Annie spent time talking to me about this and what could help. I will be going back in the new year for rekie.
