I tried out one of Louise's Bespoke Glow Facials this week. It was such a treat! The organic products all smelled and felt amazing, and Louise's approach was really personalised and unique. She included different elements like a sound bath and healing crystals, as well as using special massage tools, which really elevated the experience. My skin felt incredible and I left feeling like I was floating on air! I 100% recommend.

I really enjoyed my makeup lesson with Louise. I wanted to make better use of the products I already own, and she showed me exactly how to do that. The studio is peaceful and relaxing, and bringing my own makeup bag was such a good idea. Louise helped me get more from what I have and suggested a few products to consider adding or replacing when I next run out. Lessons can also be tailored to focus on skincare or makeup techniques, eyeshadow, contouring or day-to-night looks. Highly recommend!

The detoxygene anti pollution facial was so relaxing. Full of facial massage and hot cloths plus shoulder massage while the mask does it's work. I left glowing. Will definitely have this again. Naturally Janka was outstanding as always.

Wow!!! I had a facial with Louise and I can honestly say that it was hands-down the best treatment I’ve ever had. Louise was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely at ease. She tailored the facial to meet my needs and, because I told her how much I love a massage, ensured that massage was a key part of the treatment. It was an incredibly relaxing experience and Louise’s calm, friendly attitude made it all the more enjoyable. I came away floating and several people noted that I looked ‘glowing’ afterwards. I will 100% be going back for more facials - she is a superstar!

I had the most incredible facial with Louise, I couldn't reccomend her more. It was the best facial massage I've ever had! I've had 'bespoke' facials before that felt more like a routine, but this felt really tailored to my face and skin. My face looks noticably less puffy afterwards and so glowy. She was so lovely and friendly and really put me at ease.

Had a fabulous massage, lovely heated bed with heat packs placed on my back and shoulders, so relaxing, I feel so much better!

2nd visit, and honestly it was even better than the first. Kala is so attentive she remembered my concerns from before and asked if there was an improvement from the last. The massage was incredible and each step felt so luxurious. My hair and scalp health is so much better from these thorough treatments. I’ll be back for sure now that I have signed up for the membership.

I had no idea what to expect but this was by far the best hours treatment I have had for a while. Khala was amazing and alongside the Japanese head spa the foot and arm massage were a nice addition. Would totally recommend.
