This was my first time getting a sports massage and it was incredible! Rio was so lovely to talk to and she answered all of my questions about what she was doing and the kinds of aftercare I could do to help with my posture. The therapy room was beautifully decorated, clean, warm and comfortable. I can’t wait for my next session!!

Wonderful shoulder, neck, face & head massage. I love facial massage & Rio is the best. She has truly amazing hands and really goes to work on the tension nodules in my shoulders. I recommend her to all my friends. She is a gifted, intuitive massage therapist with great skills.

Had the most wonderful back, face & scalp massage today. Rio is such an intuitive masseuse. Her hands are magical & treatments always feel unique & customised to my needs. Her name is Rio and she has magic hands!!!! Her sports massages are most definitely THE best ones in the county. She is professional and her knowledge on A&P is off the scale. She can literally fix any problem your broken body presents. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So impressed I got vouchers for friends! I have had reflexology and hot stone massage. Both amazing! I am recovering from surgery and am not able to lie on my front yet and Rio adapted the treatments to allow for this. Really therapeutic and so relaxing!

I have just had the best facial ever. It included a massage of neck and shoulders and head massage. It was blissful and I came out looking radiant and that was with makeup. Thank you Justina I will booking more facials throughout the year as well as my regular pedicures.

Fabulous reflexology session. I love that she is able to release stiffness and disapates aches and pains from my body by giving me a lovely relaxing foot massage. Plus a leg wax.
