I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

Had a lovely, much needed Thai combination massage after running a half marathon. I felt the tension in my shoulder and back released. The combination of the deep pressure and stretching was really good in targeting my muscle knots. Felt so good and relaxed afterwards. Worth the money and one of the best massages I've ever had. The tea and biscuits after was really lovely as well. Will definitely come back again!

I had a Japanese Head Spa with Marie and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and I got on really well with her straight away. The whole experience was deeply calming and exactly what I needed. I left feeling not just relaxed, but lighter — like something had shifted for me. I’ve been in a bit of a hard place recently, and this treatment felt genuinely nurturing and restorative. Marie has such a lovely, gentle presence and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her 🤍

Absolutely fabulous! Lovely therapist called Cam. She was very attentive and made time to talk me through my skin care afterwards. I had the 90 min Japanese Head Spa. What a delight. A lovely facial, steam treatment, massage, with hair wash and deep massage. Absolutely perfect. It's several hours later and I still feel relaxed!

Had a beautiful ‘Due time’ massage with Charlotte to celebrate my due date, she creates such a relaxing atmosphere and is very knowledgeable about the specific areas to focus on and the oils to use. As well as a wonderful body melting massage she also had lots of really helpful tips for myself and my birth partner to use in labour which was brilliant. Thank you so much Charlotte, it definitely got the oxytocin flowing! 💙

I had a 75 minute relaxation massage with Charlotte. It was a birthday treat to myself as a busy, working Mummy. Charlotte was amazing ! The back massage and Indian head massage was so relaxing and the pressure was just right. Charlotte also did a facial rejuvenation and it’s hands down the best massage I have had.
