Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. I used to have terrible problems with my neck and shoulders. With the regular massages and the exercises have noticed such an improvement. Setting also lovely with free parking.

I had a 75 minute relaxation massage with Charlotte. It was a birthday treat to myself as a busy, working Mummy. Charlotte was amazing ! The back massage and Indian head massage was so relaxing and the pressure was just right. Charlotte also did a facial rejuvenation and it’s hands down the best massage I have had. Charlotte just knows how to make you feel relaxed and stress free in your own home. It’s a perfect way to unwind and release any tension. Thank you Charlotte!

Cannot say enough good things! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who has an issue, or thinks they have an issue, or isn't sure. Just had my second session following persistent and painful neck/shoulder pain. In the first session I found out exactly what was wrong and why, and was given exercises to take away to help me. The massage relieved my pain, and the exercises helped me keep it at bay. So much less pain. In my second session my progress was checked, new exercises given, coaching provided as to how to do them properly etc. Kat really cares about making you better and it shows.
