I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. An absolutely wonderful experience at Ponteland Thai Spa! The spa is incredibly clean, warm, and smells amazing, with lovely relaxing music playing in the background. My therapist was so friendly and highly skilled—she truly knows her stuff and made me feel so comfortable. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend.
