I’ve been suffering with a fibro flare up and horrific insomnia, so when I met Courteney I was very much in fight or flight mode- she was incredibly patient with me, explained the benefits for my current situation, and proceeded to give me my most relaxed 90 minutes of the year so far. I left with a clearer head and some specific aftercare instructions, it’s been 24 hours and I am reaping the benefits - I managed to get four hours of sleep and I feel much less swollen. Most importantly, since my massage I’ve been able to relax for the first time this year. Will be back! Thank you so much!

First of all Anna squeezed me in very short notice, to which Iam grateful as I was suffering a tension migraine. Anna is super welcoming and friendly and I felt at ease straight away. Her space is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. The massage was exactly what I needed, she worked out my tension spots and I felt so relaxed I could of fell asleep!
