I had the most the most fabulous massage on Friday, it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted. I filled in a consultation form before the appointment and added some preferences, which were listened to and the pressure was double checked at the beginning of the session to make sure I was comfortable. Small things like this are really appreciated. The studio is bright and fresh and everything about Refined Radiance Beauty is inviting. Really friendly and kind and I would love to come back again soon - thank you!

The experience was amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I had tension & pain in my shoulder & down my arm. Kate took time to understand the issue and tailored the massage to ensure I received maximum benefit. The massage was perfect! I left feeling relaxed & my shoulder released. The salon is beautiful and Kate is highly professional, very experienced and super passionate about her work. This was my first visit and I have already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend, don't hesitate to book!

This was my first visit to EB Beauty. Ellie gave me a warm welcome and showed me into her home salon. The massage I had was both relaxing and rejuvenating. We chatted during the massage at times though the silences weren't awkward. Ellie will adapt the pressure to suit you, the room was the right temperature, and the only thing missing in my opinion was a little background mood music. I look forward to my next appointment.

Very relaxing and Ellie was very gentle and very through.

Kate is amazing ❤️ she has the most incredible touch and I could feel all my tension melt away! The facial massage was so lovely i feel like i have had my face lifted and sculpted. She is so kind and took her time to really understand what i needed. I will without a doubt be back! Thank you Kate xx

The place could do with being warmed up in advance, I was cold throughout the experience and maybe an electric blanket would help? Apart from that the massage and Ellie were brilliant. Will be back again 🌟

Great experience!

I always have an amazing experience with Kate. I had an express facial and face massage, and she really takes her time and puts care into her facials. An excellent wax. Lovely quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend

I had a 55mins massage focussing on my back, neck and shoulders, but also had a head and face massage during that time. I absolutely LOVED it! I felt so well taken care of and listened to. I have fibromyalgia and am hypermobile, so get lots of joint pain. This was such a wonderful massage. My knots are massive and not always need lots of pressure. Kate was brilliant, and sorted my nightmare back out. It felt like such a lovely luxurious massage, in a beautiful treatment room....I will definitely be back 🥰
