Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

I've been searching for months for a good sports massage. The room has a nice ambiance and the massage bed is very spacious. The massage itself was great, I got a sports massage; my shoulder and elbow pain was gone and my back felt great

Tranquil, peaceful, therapeutic, professional, clean and magical. It's been years since I past came and the service is still impeccable. Rachelle massaged my back, Shoulders, neck and head. Used and oil specifically to help relax my muscles as I carry a lot of tension 6 months post partum. She also applied hot stones as I was particularly sore and stiff around my back. It was so good I fell asleep. A changing with shower for privacy, peaceful music and low lit lamps made the experience transcendent. Thank you so much. I really needed it !!

Jenn used firm yet comfortable pressure, which helped improve blood circulation and ease stiffness. She is absolutely amazing and definitely has a healing hand.

I'm noticing a bounce/lightness when walking. I don't think it's just because of the massage action on my soles. There's a noticeable looser feeling in my hips so that there's less stiffness when I'm moving. Hadn't realised how tight the area was. I can't believe how quick the effect is. I had a very good massage — the therapist was skilled, attentive, and really helped relieve my tension. The only downside was that the room felt a bit cold, but the therapist truly tried to keep me warm, which I appreciated. If the temperature were more comfortable, the experience would have been perfect.
