Absolutely amazing experience. I booked a one-hour massage and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Paula is amazing at what she does. I booked a sports massage for neck and shoulder pain and felt a noticeable difference afterward. She’s very knowledgeable and clearly knows how to target problem areas effectively. The environment was calm, relaxing, and comfortable, and she’s always friendly and professional. Excellent value for money and 100% worth booking if you’re dealing with pain or muscle tension.

The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. Been coming to Healing Hands for monthly massages for almost a year and it never disappoints, completely relaxing and improved my posture. Thank you so much! 💓

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Had the manual lymphatic drainage with sian today. Complete different pressure to what i'm used to but I felt so relaxed through out. I left feeling more energised and less bloated. Highly recommend. Can't wait for my next massage. Thankyou sian.

Massage was nice however treatment room was cold and dated. Lacked any calming/relaxing atmosphere. No character whatsoever, was very bare and had a garden chair in room!! Not quite up to luxury spa standards. Light remained on full brightness for majority of massage, which made it difficult to relax and switch-off. No criticism of therapist who was absolutely lovely.

Amazing sports massage! Very welcoming and lovely room made to feel very relaxing with heating and comfy massage bed!! Will definitely be going back again!

I had a lymphatic massage with Sian and wow—what an amazing experience. I could genuinely feel the drainage happening in different parts of my body. I suffer with IBS, and the treatment significantly eased my bloating and stomach pain. The swelling reduced noticeably, and even the puffiness in my face and cheeks went down. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and has helped me massively. I’ll definitely be returning for another session very soon.

A warm welcome was received, we were able to relax in the lounge prior to our treatments. Roisin was my massage therapist - she offered me a selection of aromatherapy scents and gave me the best massage I have had in a while. She used a gentle but firm pressure and left me feeling so relaxed. My mother had a facial with Megan which she thoroughly enjoyed too. The whole experience was excellent- we will be booking again. :-)

The treatment was gentle and relaxing, and I left feeling lighter, more at ease, and noticeably less bloated. Llinos was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend her and look forward to booking again!

Booked in yesterday for a back massage with Meghan this morning. Spent an hour in the pool area and then went for my massage. Meghan was just perfect! So totally relaxing. Will definitely book again when staying at the Hall. Highly recommended!

I had the best massage I've ever had today from Llinos! I opted for the head to toe indulgence, and I enjoyed it so much, I've booked it again! It was exactly what I needed. She relieved tension and knots I didn't even know I had! I would highly recommend Healing hands as, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the venue is just lovely and relaxing! A very relaxing morning and afternoon spent at the spa, just swimming, the hot tub and lounging on the lounger. The full body massage by Karen was fantastic. Hope to visit again soon.

On Tuesday, I was lucky enough to have a full body hot stone massage with Lois. I went into the dark, cosy and warm treatment room with my shoulders and back totally tensed up and tight and came out feeling as if my limbs were not attached to my body, I was so very relaxed. I asked for a firm massage and that's what I got; it wouldn't be for the faint hearted but I totally loved it. Lois did check in to see if the pressure was ok and if the stones were too hot so I could have asked for adjustments at any time. Diolch Lois, I shall be booking with you again soon x

The most amazing massage. I was so relaxed from start to finish. Came out feeling like a new woman. From the bamboo to the jelly face mask, I could have stayed there all day!! 5 stars just isn’t enough! Highly recommend Sian ❤️
