Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

Rachel is fantastic, I have been to see her 3 times and have already noticed such a difference in my inflammation on my skin. Her recommendations have really helped and she has been so reassuring with working out a plan for my regime. Andrius really knows his stuff&was able to diagnose my knee issue very quickly. After three sessions with him&following his treatment plan I’m now feeling much better. He’s now given me a lot of confidence that I’m going to be able to run my Marathon in x5 weeks time. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. It’s the best money I’ve spent.
