I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Mel and discussing my needs and hearing her suggestions of what might be causing them.. She started some massage which was not too deep, at my request, and this eased some tension so hopefully, she will continue to develop this in future appointments. I left feeling very much more cheerful and hopeful that my problems could be improved in time. Mel is a very cheerful, friendly person who seems to have a deep knowledge of the human body and how problems with its parts can occur. I really look forward to my future appointment(s).

Thank you for my manicure and pedicure today. Izzy made me feel pampered and relaxed. Izzy took time with what she does and is the first person I have had that has painted my nails correctly. Izzy talks you through everything with you and even put me at ease about my bad nails situation. I would highly recommend Izzy, so much so I have booked again.

I went to see Mel with a very specific localised sharp pain in my Achilles tendon insertion point into my heel bone. She was able to work on the soft tissue and also gave me advice on pain / knowledge of pain and management. She also used tiger tape on my ankle to provide additional support with my recovery. Within two days I was walking normally - no limp, no crutches, no painkillers.

Mel was brilliant as always. I’ve been having issues with tension in my wrists from rock climbing and she performed sports massage and myofascial release. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and professional!
