Very therapeutic! You feel you are at the hands of a real expert who knows exactly how to release your aches and pains. The infra-red pod is fantastic too, as it heats your muscles tissue through, preparing you for the wonderful massage that comes afterwards. Highly recommended!

As soon as you walk into SaunaPod you feel better. The light, the lovely smells and soft music and the big smiles on Lou’s face! I came in feeling very puffy and with uneven skin tone, feeling like my jowels were taking over my face. First you get snuggled up on the bed under a cosy blanket, then lie back and have the facial. She uses this wonderful apparatus which feels so soothing and relaxing and deep at the same time, all over your face and neck. Then the lovely light mask which feels so calming. Finally the lovely smelling creams and lotions which leave you glowing! It really is the best

Booked in for help with a very tight neck, shoulders/upper back. During the initial assessment Andy ascertained what the issue was and got straight to work. Throughout the session Andy showed his knowledge and expertise as he preempted all areas where I would feel the release. Not only did Andy free up my shoulders but he also went beyond this into exploring the root cause of my tension located in my lower back. I left the session feeling a lot lighter and even with some stretching homework to complete!! I will definitely be back again.

Andy was very friendly, polite and explained everything thoroughly, the massage has made that area feel so much more relaxed, comfortable and eased the pain

I had pain in both shoulders and Andrew gave me a deep massage which has really helped. Brilliant!

I've been seeing Andy monthly for a couple of years now and every massage is always excellent. He's friendly, knowledgable and happy to advise on stretches etc. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Andy quickly understood my need and has a great understanding of sports massage with a therapeutic approach. Very common sense follow up with stretches to keep aches and pains at bay and guidance on schedule for ongoing massage therapy. Highly recommend.
