Great sports massage for a painful knee. Sandy was professional, friendly and relaxed. Would highly recommend. My whole leg feels so much more relaxed after he released all the tension and I didn't realise how much it was having a knock on effect on the rest of me. Will go again!

Josefa is so knowledgable and was able to quickly identify the problems in various different areas of my body after a short assessment.
