Was a thorough massage. I am still feeling the after effects today, the day after. I am feeling light headed and a bit sore. I drank lots of water and red bush tea yesterday, after my massage. I slept heavily last night. The massage has done me good.

Absolutely amazing massage. Lisa was lovely and gave the peace and quiet I really needed! Perfect pressure on my muscles. Lovely room, comfortable bed and very peaceful. No chatting or loud noises from other rooms which was nice too! Would 10/10 recommend, best massage I’ve had in Dumfries by a mile!
