I cant recommend Helen highly enough. My husband and I have been having treatment with Helen on and off for years, she is fantastic. She has sorted the issues I originally had and I now just have maintenance sessions when required. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I went for Ayurvedic Yoga massage and I received an hour in paradise. After this session I slept well, without any pain. I started to do stetching exercises and I have done some research about fascia. Hellen is an angel, I do not have enough words to say thank you. I can't wait for my next sessions.

I had a relaxing massage which was just what I needed when I am so busy

My First massage since my surgery 3 weeks ago,helen did a fantastic relaxing massage that eased all my aches and pains Looking forward to my next one Tuesday 😁 Highly recommended 💯 👍

Had an amazing 2 hr session with Helen today, no length of time is ever long enough! Helen's knowledge is second to non, I don't have to tell her where I hurt, she is experienced enough to know by touch. She spends time working on areas where there's pain and I always leave feeling I've had a good reset. Today was a little different, Helen was using me for some practise work which was good to be a part of. Ayurvedic massage and the different approach to massage really leaves you feeling relaxed. I'd recommend Helen without any hesitation.
