I've had many many massages with Jo over the past 7 years and she is always fabulous and welcoming. I hadn't had this treatment before ( The massage and me) and it was amazing. The guided meditation the day before was perfect and the tailored massage was wonderful. From stressed and brewing tension headache to relaxed and happy. Could not recommend Jo more.

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

I booked a massage for my husband’s birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calming, and the therapist was incredibly skilled. My husband said it was one of the best massages he’s ever had. Thank you for making his birthday so special — we’ll definitely be back!

I was initially a bit apprehensive about trying out Supthara since I'm used to getting my massages done in a traditional spa setting, and I'd never been here before. However, oh my god, this place is hands down the best massage I have ever had, even beating out expensive 5-star spas! The masseurs were incredible. From start to finish my experience with Jo was perfect. Her massage room is warm and cosy. Jo herself, is a delight. She put me at ease from the get-go. Her massage and reflexology was amazing , applying the pressure I was comfortable with, checking in with me as well as allowing the much needed silence. Jeevan gave me a lovely back massage and cubbing session. Jeevan was able to help with the issues I had with my arm and to feel the knots in my back. He eased them out leaving me more comfortable. I felt thoroughly relaxed after the session.

I had an amazing facial and back massage with Jenni today! I left feeling so relaxed and much lighter ,it honestly felt like all the tension I’d been carrying just melted away. Jenni has such a calm, caring energy and really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Had the most amazing pregnancy reflexology massage with Lisa. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and took time to explain what reflexology is as well as the benefits of it in pregnancy, which was fab.
