I won a free light full body massage with Marie. Lovely warm room in the back of the salon. Marie was really welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. I’ve never had a full body massage before but I felt so comfortable, relaxed and Marie is very professional. I’ve booked another full body but going to try medium pressure this time. I booked a deep tissue massage to help with ongoing sports injuries, particularly a painfully sore shoulder that had become unbearable. Sue was professional and attentive, taking time to understand the nature of my injuries and tailoring the treatment accordingly. She also gave me some tips on stretches that I could do to help reduce the risk of these injuries and continue to improve my recovery. The pain in my shoulder has noticeably reduced as has a lot of the tension I was feeling elsewhere in my body.
