This was my 2nd visit . Phoebe did a deep tissue massage and dry needling on my problematic shoulders. I had a marked improvement after my first visit and am looking forward to more . It was my first time having dry needling treatment and am already feeling the benefits as my shoulders and neck feel more relaxed. I can highly recommend 👌

I love getting my monthly haircut with Julie! It's incredible to think that I only discovered her after a less-than-stellar experience at Steven and Laurent. By far, this is the best salon in Bideford. The vibe created by all the girls there is simply fantastic. They truly make every visit memorable!

My mum and I had our first ever Japanese head spa and wow what a treatment, we had our scalp analysed, specific products chosen and the most luxurious shoulder massage and head massage/hair wash and deep conditioning treatment followed by a blow dry. My hair feels so silky and looks nourished and I feel very very relaxed. I would highly recommend

First session today. Consultation. Then given specific exercises to help the problem. Followed by sports massage and taping. Knowledgeable, Great service. Good value.Will be found back in a few weeks

A wonderful place with a caring and relaxing environment I was quite nervous but Angie made me feel very comfortable with meeting her for the first time and getting first time ever treatments Super happy with the all treatments I received feeling very happy within myself thanks to Angies care and experience I couldn’t recommend angie and beautyfuldreams enough and with really great prices this place is an absolutely golden find I can’t wait to come back, so glad I’ve found a place I feel really comfortable

Visited Phoebe this morning for a massage as Im so sore with ongoing sciatica. She's so knowledgeable with injuries and suggested different ways I can improve my symptoms. Will definitely be revisiting to try other things she does such as needling and cupping!!!!

Jen is very attentive and very caring whilst performing my massage, she hits all the right spots of tightness and stiffness. She is having a very calming nature and personality and I feel very safe, nurtured and cared for in her hands! I always have the best night sleep in the few nights after the massage! Jen is amazing! Was a lovly relaxed experience and she did such a fab job

Went in today to see if I could book a massage for a very stiff,sore neck. Was in a lot of pain and they could tell I was struggling. They went out of their way to help me recommended an infra red sun shower first and then Emily gave me a deep neck massage which has already eased it. I can't recommend colourseum enough. A huge thankyou to Julie and Emily for the amazing massage and Charlotte too.
