I had an amazing deep tissue back massage with Nicola this morning. She got the pressure exactly right (deep as requested) and really worked through the tight muscles I’ve been struggling with. Nicola explained everything clearly at the beginning, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience felt professional, thoughtful, and genuinely therapeutic. This was first time ive had a facial with Laura and it was amazing So relaxing and gental She worked on my muscles as they were super tight from clenching my teeth I woke this mornig and my skin felt amazing then I looked in the mirror and it looks like ive had a face lift! My skin has a beautiful glow and looks healthy with a lovely glow to it! Highly recommend this treatment. Ive also had reflexology and that was amazing too Laura did a tailored treatment for my bad shoulder so she did reflexology to work on the painful area on my feet but also a massage on the area and it was brilliant
