I have followed Sam from when she first started her training program and still return regularly as she makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and is an amazing therapist through all her services. SPORTS AND REMEDIAL Alan provided an excellent Sports and Remedial massage with a focus on my “sore “ knee. After an initial discussion about my knee pain, he explained the cause of very tight quads, hamstrings and IT band. Then he massaged a range of areas explaining as we went along. Alan provided an excellent massage service meeting me exactly on time and explaining his work in a comfortable environment. I left feeling much much better, understanding my body and will return. Thank you Alan.
