Sheena Glen is a miracle worker! I’ve been suffering dull, aching headaches and lots of stiffness in my head and neck for months now. Sheena concentrated on my neck and shoulders to try and loosen up some very tight muscles. She also explained that all the tension and tightness was no doubt contributing to my headaches alongside the possibly of my sleep position and poor posture ( phone neck!) We discussed a treatment plan going forward and this morning I woke up with no headache which is a first in months! I’vehad CST with Sheena before and I find it really helpful with sleep and menopause.

I've had a few massage sessions with Sheena and always leave feeling relaxed and that my aches and pains have eased off. Sheena is also such a lovely person which adds to the experience.

i’ve been seeing sheena for over a year now for massage to treat an ongoing back issue. i cannot recommend her enough 🤩 a warm, gentle, welcoming person who is great at what she does. i also tried craniosacral therapy with her for the first time recently and loved how relaxed i felt afterwards. sheena is the best!

As always it's a great experience having a massage from Lauren whether it's for pleasure or pain. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for a massage as she does exactly what your body needs to heal. I would give her more stars if I could.

I've been going to Sheena for sports massages for about 6 months now. She had really helped with all my wee injuries and niggles she really knows her stuff and also a lovely woman too! I would definitely recommend her 😊

Great back massage

Just had another wonderful massage from Lauren. Lauren does a specific massage for me and then does other areas depending on my needs as I have few areas needing treatment theses are beginning to break down which is a massive improvement but as well as the well needed massage I always come away feeling uplifted as she is very knowledgeable about body and mind. I didn't know Lauren before getting my massage but I now count her as a friend.

I had a lovely massage from Lauren. I was feeling very tight and weary but Lauren worked her magic and I feel a lot more relaxed and mobile now.

My wife has been going to Sheena to have her lower back massaged for some time. Sheena does a thorough job and makes the experience very relaxing.

Everyone needs a Lauren in their life. The massage is adapted to your needs on the day and she very knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit to her.

Sheena has been working on my tight muscles over the last few weeks to help with a trapped nerve. Each massage I get seems to help hugely and I always feel so relaxed when I leave. I can’t praise her highly enough.
