Had my first session at Perth Cryo and it was an amazing experience! Special shoutout to the girl who helped me,she was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel totally at ease. You can tell she really cares about giving the best service. The facilities are top-notch, and the whole session was a perfect combo of relaxation and muscle recovery. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Prior to my massage I had severe neck pain and migraines and nausea. I booked in with Amy from A1 Massage, and she was really lovely, thorough, and asked me how she could help and to explain the pain. I had a 1 hour remedial massage which was so lovely and relaxing, one of the best massages I have ever had, I immediately felt relief and have gained back 70% mobility since, I could not move my neck at all before. She did head, back, arms, neck all in 1 hour with care and you could feel the years of experience she had. I recommend this massage parlour 100% they are amazing.

This was a repeat visit for a massage with Sonam and was again I was very happy with the experience. She was friendly and professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. The massage was relaxing, a warm table and oil helped ease the tension I’d been feeling, especially in my shoulders and back. Sonam checked in about the pressure and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling much better and would gladly book with her again. A really good massage and a pleasant overall experience.

It was my first time at A1 today & I had the most relaxing hot stone massage done by a lovely lady called Jessica. The staff were both friendly & welcoming, and the whole experience was just perfect to be able to shut yourself off for a while & completely relax…I’ll definitely be back.

I started with a relaxing warm eye patch. My massage for my neck, back and shoulders with Joy was fantastic, she managed to deal with all the tight knots. Thanks Joy
