I thought I had a bad lower back but it eventually turned out to be about my lumber muscles being tight. It felt so much better.

Matt is very professional and did a great job finding areas of tension and releasing the knots in my shoulder and lats. He even demonstrated how the pain could be related to an imbalance/tightness from my lower back/glutes and he managed to work some magic on them too! He really went above and beyond my expectations with what could be done in one session. Will definitely visit again for further treatments. Thank you!

This single session has done more for my mobility and stretching they a whole course of physio. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Matt is exceptionally talented at what he does, as someone who needs a lot of massage because of my job Iv seem a lot of massage therapists over the years but Matt is the only one Iv stick with and is by far the best. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!

Absolutely brilliant, Matt gave freedom to my left scapula which has been stuck in place for a very long time. Also did some great work on my knee and the surrounding areaDefinitely. recommend you see him if you’re struggling!
