Racquel is a delight to work with. She's a master in what she does and I learn something new everytime I leave her clinic. Definitely another great therapy session with Mrs Racquel. My back feels great and has not done so in a long time. Mrs Racquel has worked wonders with her hands, reaching all knotted areas. A review discussion, observation and assessment had with me to ascertain awareness and evaluation of my symptoms and posture to-date. This was followed by an assessment of movements, flexibility. This lead to Mrs Racquel applying her suggested physical approach. Be prepared to endure pain and discomfort but this is necessary for Mrs Racquel to understand the cause of my pain. As always Racquel is very professional and excellent at massaging. She explains what she is doing and checks on your wellbeing during the massage. Fully recommended whether for relaxation or injury rehab.
