Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

My experience here was AMAZING! If i could give a million stars i would. The Man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and my appointment was with Ms Nairn, I couldnt reccommend her enough! She is friendly, attentive and a very skilled massage therapist. The atmousphere was extremely relaxing, i fell asleep during my massage and after i felt like i was floating on air! when i was leaving i got a lovely cup of tea to take with me and it had my name on it with a lovely smiley face and heart, they also had chocolates to take aswel. Best experience ive had by far, i will defo be back!

Wonderful reflexology at Cheltenham Neals yard . The therapists are always so nice. Lovely friendly staff helped me choosing a gift for a friend . All the products smell great.

It was a wonderful massage today with Anna. I am so happy that I've found her and the Silver Spa. Can't wait to be back on my return visit xx

You can’t get a better massage anywhere in Cheltenham. Already looking forward to my next visit

Lovely massage and friendly staff. My only reasons for not giving 5* - I had a 1.5 hr treatment and the music was one song on repeat, which was a bit annoying after a while - I had a shower mid treatment (body scrub +massage package) and the shower went freezing cold for a few seconds - There's not much sound proofing so you can hear loudly when every customer arrives/leaves The overall experience was still good though and the massage was great. It just won't be my no.1 choice.

Absolute masterclass! The facilities? Extremely clean. Staff? Ultra professional & friendly. My massage with Ms Kay was incredible! My body & mind felt profoundly relaxed for many hours afterwards, I could hardly move, but in a very good way. It felt like so many nasties and toxins in my body were released. Thanks so much to the team for an exceptional all-round experience and Ms Kay, who is a black belt in her art for sure! 10/10

Sara is an experienced excellent considerate therapist skilful in all aspects of her work. My tailored massage today was relaxing and therapeutic, with emphasise placed on the areas that required more focus. The therapy rooms are private warm and comforting and all staff and welcoming kind and helpful.

The Total Body Bliss treatment I had was incredible. The therapist was fabulous and experienced and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. She discussed any areas of concern before the treatment started and identified them during the session and worked through the tighter areas. The pressure was perfect and she checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The therapy room was relaxing, calm and warm. The music and the oils used added to the overall experience and I look forward to booking in again and would recommended the treatment and the therapist.

Then from the moment I entered the spa, I was delighted by the service and quality of everything I experienced. From the changing rooms to the lovely clean scent of the towels - everything was on point ! My therapist Eve , as requested… gave me a firm massage… yet gently and professionally eased away my muscle tension and aches. I would unreservedly recommend Silver spa Cheltenham to anyone .
