She has amazing communication, really listens to what you want, and gives honest professional advice to help you get the best results. She's incredibly talented, patient, and has such a positive vibe that every appointment feels comfortable and fun. If you can clearly explain the look you're going for and stay open to her recommendations, you're going to love the outcome. She also speaks Spanish, which makes the experience even more welcoming for Spanish-speaking clients.

I have been going to HBJM for years since I was a kid. I’ve only ever trusted Jen to cut/style my hair but this time I took a chance and went to Shakira!! Shakira was amazing! Easy to talk too and made the environment great but most of all she delivered the exact hair cut I was looking for! I absolutely love my hair cut! She definitely understood the assignment!

Even though I’ve been to Dolce before, today’s experience was truly special. I went to Tyana and OMG—she’s an absolute doll. My hair came out perfect, but what I loved most was how she genuinely took her time to listen to me and understand exactly what I wanted.
