Malina, was incredibly professional and intuitive. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and explained each step along the way, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the process. I absolutely love the final result and my haircut is exactly what I envisioned. From the enchanting atmosphere to the exceptional service, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
