Service, quality, and professionalism were top tier. Her salon suite is clean and conveniently located. I was nervous trying a new stylist, but Olivia made me super comfortable. She asked questions, shared what she was doing, products she was using, etc. I love my hair and will be booking again :)

Olivia had to detangle both new growth and four-inch tiny braids of my natural hair incorporated in my 12-week old twists. She patiently completed the difficult task over several hours, then installed a fresh set and of twists for another several hours. Although she is normally faster, she had to make up for a previous stylist’s shortcomings and take care of her 7-week old baby at the same time. I am sympathetic to having a baby at work, because I had to bring my infant son to my office when I relocated with no child care readily available.

I haven’t been to a salon in quite some time because of bad past experiences, but this experience by far was the best. Olivia was very professional and explained what she was doing from start to finish. I had selected a different service and she recommended what would work best for my hair. You can tell she really cares about her clients and is passionate about her work. This is the type of service that keeps you going back.

Not only does she pamper you with a thorough wash, conditioning, and steaming of your hair—something many stylists no longer offer—but she also takes great care of your natural hair. I absolutely loved that the chair at the washing station reclines with foot elevation; it made the experience even more relaxing! Additionally, Olivia is very conscious of your time. She starts on time, provides an individualized experience, and even with the washing included, she gets you in and out quickly.
