A wonderful experience at this salon! All staff members was incredibly welcoming. made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. A special thank to my stylist Bahar who colored my hair and understood the look I wanted. What impressed me the most was her understanding of Middle Eastern and Arab hair textures and how to achieve the perfect color without compromising the health of the hair. Btw she spoke English and even a little Arabic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service

Cristina is not only attentive and welcoming, but an INCREDIBLE hairdresser too! I’ve been working with her ever since she entered Lab4hair and the results are amazing (and highly complemented by friends and family!) She has cut my hair and done my color a couple of times now and she is even willing to look up images in the internet to make sure she understands your vision and goes for precisely what you want. Heblin asked good questions, listened carefully, and checked in with me a lot during the cut, all of which helped me settle in and relax. She gave me information I needed and recommended a good product I needed because the climate in Madrid is different than New York where I lived all my life until now. My haircut is new and different and great. And Heblin is full of joy, which made everything better.
