After 1.5 years of growing out my balayaged hair, I was nervous about a big change but Hikaru-san put me completely at ease. He was professional, detail-oriented & incredibly efficient, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The result exceeded my expectations—stylish, fresh & flattering. Even my husband, who’s usually critical of my salon results, couldn’t stop smiling & complimenting me for days afterward! It was my first visit and definitely not my last. My first time to come here to try balayage hair color with highlights on my birthday 😍. It's really hard to find a good salon here in Cebu with consistency of service. I wasn't disappointed. Joe and Hikaru are very professional and they really take care of my hair. The hair color doesn't have strong chemicals like other salons have. I really love the outcome of my new look. And take note the salon very clean too. Hikaru is very talented and explained every step, what they do to my hair. Which is very professional. Recommended 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Love it so much. Joe-san gave techniques and tips to balance my curls. He also gave me a haircut that balances my round shape and it literally boosts my confidence. Not to mention, short massage was so good too. The staff and the reciptionist treats their customers well. I'd totally recommend Joe-san! Be back there soon!🩷💚

This was my very first time experience going to a Japanese Salon and it did not disappoint 💯👌 I initially booked an appointment because of the famous hair spa that I wanted to try the most✨ So to make the most out of it, I tried the package service in which the final rate depends on the length of the hair: hair spa + global Milbon hair treatment Maybe the next time I will book an appointment with the salon, I want to try it with a shorter hair and do a haircut with bangs ☺️

Excellent Men's Haircut in Cebu I was looking for a barbershop with floor-to-ceiling glass windows near Smeag, but all the ones I found only offered women's haircuts. After a bit of searching, I finally found this place and decided to give it a try. To my surprise, the 250 PHP children's haircut was excellent! The stylist was very skilled and meticulous, and we were all very satisfied with the result. We even booked another appointment for the day before we returned to Taiwan. I highly recommend this barbershop to any men in need of a haircut.

Just went to Rinoa and absolutely loved my haircut! The vibe of the place and the music were perfect. My hairstylist, Sho, was lovely, attentive, and did an amazing job, I’m so soo happy with the result! Honestly, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received! The lady at the front desk (I think her name was Hikari) was also wonderful when washing my hair, making sure the temperature was just right. Such lovely service and super cute, kind people.
