Julie is AMAZING! Julie rescued my hair days before my wedding after another hair salon completely and utterly messed it up. Julie is incredible at what she does and I've never been so happy with my hair! Her knowledge is second to none. I'll continue to drive two hours to have my hair done by Julie because I know I'm in safe hands. Thanks for saving the day!

Always a delight to visit chop & change, I was brave today and had a bold new colour by Lucie, thank you Lucie I absolutely love it. My hair was cut by Fran who is training at the salon, she is an absolute treasure. I love my hair cut Fran is a fabulous stylist in the making. Huge big thank you to you all x

This was my first appointment at this salon. Very friendly and welcoming. They have acknowledged me straight away. I believe it was Lucy who washed my hair. She was thorough, wasn't affraid to put a little pressure on, which was so welcoming. Julie cut my hair and advised at the same time. By the time she finished, my hair looked and felt amazing!. I know I was the last customer, my appointment was at 16:35 on Saturday, but at no point did I feel rushed. The girls left for the day and Julie stayed with me after hours, gave me some product samples and valuable advise. Until next time 😊.

Today I had a cut and a toner to give my colour a boost by the master at work, that is Julie. My hair was then blow dried and finished by Izzy. It is hard to believe she has only been at college a few months, she is really professional and I am delighted with the end result. Best hair salon ever ! I look forward to seeing you all again February.

Had a precision treatment today also know as a keratin blow dry and its such an amazing treatment. I have thick hair and after washing my hair for the first time today 6 days later, My hair feels very light weight smooth and shiny and thin, will definitely be having it done again. Lucie explained the process step by step and what to expec. Chop and change is a great salon with great prices.

Lily is an amazing hairdresser. She really listens to you, then talks through what she proposes, her salon is modern and comfortable and I always love my hair afterwards. She is great at everything - cutting, styling and colour. I couldn’t recommend Lily more!
