I had a terrible experience at a different salon which left me quite scared to let anyone touch my hair again but I’m pleased to say the girls that work here a professional and know what they are doing

As always Amelia did a fabulous job cutting my hair, just they way I liked it and was very professional. The salon is beautiful and all the staff are lovely. Nicola is absoloutely amazing in all that she does, she is friendly and sociable and your hair is in good hands. Nicola has done my hair for a while now but more recently has started to cut my daughters hair too and put her at ease. Her new salon is absoloutely beautiful and Nicola offers pampering on a whole new level. Anyone visiting Nicola is in for a treat, it really is a pleasure to know Nicola.

Absolutely amazing first visit I went to Luxe hair boutique for the first time and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I wanted something that doesn’t always happen at salons! Craig checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with how things were going, and the end result was exactly what I had hoped for ( if not better ). It’s so refreshing to find someone who actually values what you say and pays attention to the little details. Highly recommend, definitely going back.

Wash, cut and blow dry on long hair. The service was good and everyone at the salon was friendly, I was offered a drink while I was having my hair done. I was also interested in maybe having my hair coloured on another visit and so we chatted about my options. Overall im pleased and will be back for other services

I had the most amazing first experience at the salon today. Katie did the most amazing job on my hair, it looks amazing, and I feel like me again. She understood exactly what I was after. You can tell how much thought and effort she puts into her craft, and she's genuinely so lovely and put me right at ease. Kennedy, (so sorry if I've got your name wrong) who washed and dried my hair was so lovely too, even put the massage chair on for me at the sink which felt amazing! Absolutely 10/10 can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Salon 15 is amazing. Good customer care is well organised with appointments and reminders to when you have booked an appointment. It's a lovely, friendly atmosphere with all the stylists. My hairstylist ( Katie) is fantastic, very knowable in what she is doing she takes her time cutting and colouring rather than rushing you through. Katie spends the time with explaining and advising your choices to which is the best way forward. I've been with Katie for years, and I can say she's is a hair wizard. We definitely recommend her. Lisa cut and styled my hair excactly how I wanted it done and gave really good advice on colours it was my first time at the salon but I will definately be going back
